The services offered through this website, including but not limited to energy‑healing modalities such as Emotion Code®, The Body Code™, Belief Code®, Reiki, and Shamanic practices, are complementary in nature and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or other professional healthcare services. I am not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, or other healthcare professional. I do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition, nor do I make any guarantees regarding outcomes or healing.

All sessions are provided with the understanding that you take full responsibility for your own health and well‑being; participation is entirely voluntary and you are free to accept or reject any recommendations made.

Please consult your licensed healthcare provider before making any changes to your treatment plan or medications, and contact local emergency services in the event of a medical emergency.

2. Payment Policy

Payment is required in full at the time of booking to confirm your session. This secures your appointment and allows us both to prepare fully for our time together.

Payment Policy for Packages

Package deals are offered at a discounted rate in exchange for full commitment. For this reason, packages must be paid in full — whether upfront or via a payment plan — before any sessions are scheduled. By choosing a payment plan, you agree to pay the full package amount, regardless of how many sessions you choose to book.

3. Session Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance can be done through the booking system.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance through the booking system.

Rescheduling less than 24 hours before your appointment may be treated as a cancellation.

Technical Issues for Online Sessions

Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and are in a quiet, private space.

If technical issues arise on your end that prevent the session from going ahead, the cancellation policy still applies.

If issues are on my end, I will reschedule at no cost to you.

Emergencies

I understand unexpected things happen. If you have an emergency, please contact me directly as soon as possible—I will always do my best to be understanding.
